Former CDOT Headquarters

One of the most significant demolition projects that we have undertaken during our time as a trusted demolition service took place at the former headquarters of the Colorado Department of Transportation. This project consisted of three separate buildings and ended up clearing 27 acres of land that was opened up for new development projects in the area. Our attention to details made it a necessity to coordinate with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment in order to make sure that the nearby water sources were protected from any potential pollutants during the process of the project. Our organization is of the mindset that safety is embraced and implemented every single day, and we fully achieved this goal when following through with our demolition plans and services.

Flatirons Crossing Mall Redevelopment

From June to December of the year 2013, we excavated and demolished over 125,000 square feet of what was the original Flatirons Crossing Mall in Broomfield, Colorado in order to pave the way for upgrades and redevelopment. The sheer size of the operation necessitated coordination between a large network of professional demolition staff members, as well as local authorities and the Flatirons team themselves. We made it a priority that the project was done efficiently and in a timely manner so that the mall could meet their redevelopment goals without worrying about the quality or timing of our demolition work.

Westminster Mall Phase 1 and 2 Abatement and Demolition Project

Starting in January of 2011 and extending out to June of 2013, American Demolition participated in clearing out over 1,000,000 square feet of space at the former Westminster Mall. 27 acres worth of land needed our demolition services over the course of two separate phases — one of which took place while the space was still accessible to the public. Our professional approach and careful attention to detail throughout the entirety of the project made sure that the area was cleared with efficiency and responsibility, so that there would be as limited impact as possible on the businesses and lives that continued operation during the demolition in Colorado. Several other surrounding commercial structures were also cleared out during this process, showing that we are able to go above and beyond to get large scale demolition projects done well.

Foothills Mall Demolition 

The demolition project for the old Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, Colorado required our team of professional excavation and demolition experts to clear out over 550,000 square feet of commercial property starting in August of 2014 and into May of 2015. Clearing out that amount of property safely and efficiently was no easy feat. American Demolition INC. was there and stepped in after another Colorado demolition team was unable to complete the process themselves.
